When heirs may appeal from allowance of claim. Where a claim is allowed in probate court an aggrieved interested party may appeal to the district court. G.S. 1923 (2 Mason, 1927) § 8984. Such right is subordinate to the right of the representative to appeal and may be exercised if he declines to appeal. This law must be liberally construed. In this case there was a sufficient showing of a declination to permit an appeal by the aggrieved heirs.
