Will -- testamentary trust -- validity -- annuities. Testator placed $200,000 in trust, the income thereof each year to go to his daughter for life, and upon her death the corpus or fund is to be ""distributed in equal shares to"" her offspring, each offspring to receive one-half thereof upon attaining the age of 25 years and the other half upon attaining the age of 35 years; and, in the event of no offspring living at the time of the daughter's death, the fund is to go one-half to testator's nieces and the other half to his church. Testator was 71 years old when the will was made. The died at the age of 73 years. He left surviving his only child, a daughter 31 years old, and her four children, the oldest eight years and the youngest three years. It is held:
